A Year in the Life of a Camera

A Year in the Life of a Camera was derived from one photographer asking, "What would other artists create with my camera?"

With that question posed, a group of fine art photographers developed the following concept:

This concept will demonstrate that the camera is simply a tool and that each artist's eye creates from within. The objective of this exhibition is to provide the public with an opportunity to view a photographic exhibition based solely on the artist's vision and interpretation, not based on equipment. This format is unique as most photographic exhibitions are open to all camera sizes, any lens, film type, as well as a variety of finished print sizes.

Important Dates:

May 21st, 1-6pm: Juroring of images at the Tutt Science Center on the CC Campus

July 1st: Show opening from 5-8pm at Art Explorers at the Outlets of Castle Rock, Suite 247. Take exit 184 off I-25. The show runs until July 29th

October 6th: Opening for the project at the Metropolitan State College.
